Hamilton Beach 31199XR Countertop Convection Oven Reviews

The reviews for the Hamilton Beach 31199XR Countertop Convection Oven are primarily positive. Several reviewers were pleased with the size of the oven, and one mentioned that this oven has become a temporary replacement for their traditional range oven while he is remodeling his kitchen.  One reviewer mentioned that while the interior size is generous, the convection oven doesn’t require a lot of counter-top space and works well in a small area.

A few reviewers did point out that this oven isn’t a toaster, and in order to toast bread, it’s necessary to use the broiler function and flip bread slices half-way through toasting. One reviewer stated that she uses the Hamilton Beach 31199XR as a second oven when cooking larger amounts of food.

As already pointed out, one of the drawbacks to this oven is that it doesn’t have a toasting function. It is primarily intended as a counter-top broiler and convection oven. It also does not come with a rotisserie, which may be important to some users.
